Bright was founded in 2024 by Fredrik Magnusson and Gustaf Strauss during their studies at Lund University. Just like many others, they thought that the university textbooks were expensive and the books were heavy to carry around. They started to wonder: what if all the books were available as e-books? Then you could study anywhere, without having to worry about forgetting a book. That's how the idea for Bright was born.

Today, Bright offers not only e-books. You can also buy books, download old exams and upload your own documents. Bright AI helps you understand tricky concepts and answers your questions quickly. The goal is to make studying easier and help you succeed in your exams.
